The Find Your Breath class (Tuesdays at 12pm ET) and is a 30 minute class. The intention is to offer as a midday break where you can find some gentle movement as well as pause, recenter, and calm your busy mind.
Each class will be suitable for any level of student and can be taken on a drop-in basis. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. If you can breathe, these practices are for YOU!
