Find Your Breath


The Find Your Breath class series will be held Mondays in September. Classes will be 45 minutes long and focus on slowing down and connecting to your breath. The September series will be designed to help with the transition to fall and the new school year.

Beginning in October, this class will move to a new time slot (Tuesdays at 12pm ET) and last only 30 minutes. The intention of the class will be to serve as a midday break during the workday to pause, recenter, and calm your busy mind.

Each class will be suitable for any level of student and can be taken on a drop-in basis or you may register for the full 4 week series. Some gentle movement may be included. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. If you can breathe, these practices are for YOU!
