We offer many opportunities to practice pranayma (breathwork) in accessible ways.
Most of our classes are 10-15 minute practices, usually on Instagram live and are offered free of charge.
Occasionally we are able to offer longer classes where we move through a sequence of different practices all designed to help draw your awareness to your breath, calm the nervous system and settle the busy mind.
All classes are suitable for beginners — no yoga experience is necessary. If you can breathe, these practices are for YOU!
